Patient H.E. presented to the clinic for restoration of masticatory function. At clinical and radiologic control we found loose teeth in maxilla and total edentulism (missing teeth) in mandible.

All movable teeth were extracted and the patient insisted on keeping the 2 front teeth that had no mobility.
