After the clinical and radiologic check-up we diagnosed acute apical periodontitis of tooth 46 and performed endodontic treatment under microscope. The progress will be monitored and the tooth will be covered with a zirconia crown.  <\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">
